Hey guys….where ever you are I hope you get a chance to read this. I know I said it last night but it just feels right to me that I put it down in writing for my family and friends back home to see.
Caroline, there’s a huge hug coming straight at ya across those damn baking hot rolling hills we ran together and I discovered a whole new side to the gentle caring person I already knew you to be. You’re hard as nails girl…right up there with the hardest guys I know from ocean rowing and trust me when I say that those lads are legends!
To Rob and John. It was an instant connection I felt with you guys….I didn’t think it was possible to laugh so much when I was feeling so unwell as I struggled to acclimatize to the conditions. I laugh everytime I think about you both…in a good way of course!! I loved what you were putting down on film, your vision, creativeness and integrity to your trade will for sure make you ones to watch as you go on to do incredible things…hope I can work with you again as its about time there was another “braveheart” 
ha ha!
So to the my 3 amigo’s…I love you all to bits!! And know that none of what went down was any of your fault.
Didn’t we just have a crazy bad ass mother of a time?!!!! 
))) you will always have a friend in me and a place to put your head down in Scotland if you need it.
